Welcome to Zetacard ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website https://zetacard.com.ng and all related services (the "Platform"). By accessing or using Zetacard, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use Zetacard, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are between 16 and 17 years old, you may only use the Platform under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

2. User Accounts and Wallet

  • Users are required to create an account to access certain services
  • Zetacard provides a wallet system for transactions
  • Wallet balances are non-interest bearing
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
  • Zetacard reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts involved in suspicious or fraudulent activity

3. Services Provided

Zetacard provides access to digital services including:

  • Purchase of examination scratch cards (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, NBAIS)
  • JAMB-related services such as result slips and admission letters
  • Airtime and mobile data purchases
  • Wallet-based digital transactions

Zetacard is an independent platform and is not affiliated with any examination body including WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, NBAIS, or JAMB.

4. Merchant-Based Services (P2P Model)

Some services are fulfilled by independent third-party merchants ("Merchants"). Zetacard acts as a marketplace connecting users with Merchants and does not directly provide these services.

  • Accuracy of results
  • Authenticity of documents
  • Timely delivery

5. Order Processing and Verification

  • Users submit service requests through the Platform
  • Merchants may accept and fulfill requests
  • Results are delivered digitally (PDF, image, or other formats)

Users must review and verify results promptly. Failure to raise a dispute within a reasonable timeframe constitutes acceptance of the service.

6. Dispute Resolution and Refunds

  • Refunds apply only to failed or invalid services
  • Users must raise disputes within a reasonable timeframe after delivery
  • Zetacard may review disputes and request additional evidence
  • Zetacard reserves the final decision on all disputes

Approved refunds are issued to the user's wallet.

7. Third-Party Services

Some services rely on third-party providers including telecom operators, payment processors, and examination bodies. Zetacard is not responsible for:

  • External service failures
  • Delays caused by third parties
  • Errors originating from third-party systems

8. Payments

  • Payments may be made via wallet or supported payment methods
  • All transactions are processed electronically
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

9. Identity Verification (KYC)

To access certain financial features, users may be required to provide identity verification information such as BVN or NIN through third-party providers. Failure to complete required verification may result in restricted access to some services. Further details are provided in our Privacy Policy.

10. Prohibited Activities

  • Engaging in fraudulent activities
  • Providing false information
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities
  • Interfering with platform operations

11. Limitation of Liability

Zetacard shall not be liable for:

  • Merchant-provided inaccuracies
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss arising from third-party failures

12. Account Suspension

Zetacard reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious or fraudulent activity.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
